How to download Erome videos on iPhone

You can download Erome videos and photos on an iPhone or iPad with Safari and nothing else. Copy the album link, paste it into the downloader, and every file saves to the Files app. One more tap moves a video or photo into Photos.

Step by step

  1. Copy the album link

    Open the album in Safari. Tap the address bar, then tap the address once more and choose Copy. The link looks like erome.com/a/ followed by a short code.

  2. Open the downloader in Safari

    Go to this site’s home page. Tap the link box, then tap Paste in the small menu that appears.

  3. See the album

    The album loads as soon as you paste. Every video and photo shows as a card with its own Download button.

  4. Tap Download

    Safari asks if you want to download the file. Tap Download. For the whole album, tap Download all videos or Download all photos and tap Allow when Safari asks about multiple downloads.

  5. Find the files

    Tap the arrow icon in the address bar and then Downloads, or open the Files app and go to the Downloads folder.

  6. Save to Photos

    Open a video or photo in Files, tap the Share button and choose Save Video or Save Image. It now appears in your Photos library.

Where the files are saved on an iPhone

  • Safari puts downloads in the Downloads folder of the Files app. Depending on your settings, that folder is under iCloud Drive or On My iPhone.
  • You can change the location in Settings, under Apps, Safari, then Downloads. Choosing On My iPhone keeps downloads off iCloud.
  • A file only shows in the Photos app after you use Share and Save Video or Save Image.

Use Safari
Other iPhone browsers can download files too, but Safari’s download manager is the one these steps describe and the most reliable.
Allow multiple downloads once
The first time you use Download all, Safari asks whether this site may download several files. Tap Allow and it won’t ask again.
Big albums on Wi-Fi
Videos are full-size MP4 files. On Wi-Fi they arrive fastest and don’t use your mobile data.
