DMCA

DownloadErome does not host, store, upload or publish any video or photo. There is no content on this site to take down.

What this site is

DownloadErome is a tool. A visitor pastes a link to an album that is already public on Erome, and the tool passes those files from Erome to the visitor’s own device.

• No file is saved on our servers, before, during or after a download.
• We have no library, no search, no listings and no pages showing anyone’s albums.
• We don’t upload anything to Erome or anywhere else.
• Every file the tool can reach is one that Erome is serving publicly at that moment.

To remove an album

Removal has to happen where the album is hosted, which is Erome. Send your takedown request to Erome.

Once Erome removes an album or makes it private, it stops working here at once. The tool cannot fetch files that Erome no longer serves.

We cannot delete, edit or hide anything on Erome.

To block an album from this tool

Although we hold no content, we will block a specific album from being fetched through this tool if its owner asks.

Email contact@downloaderome.com with the subject “DMCA” and include:

1. The Erome link of each album.
2. A statement that you own the rights to it, or are authorised to act for the owner.
3. Your name and a way to reach you.
4. A statement that the information in your notice is accurate.

We act on valid requests within a few working days and reply to confirm.

What we don’t act on

• Requests to remove content from Erome or from any other site. We don’t control them.
• Requests with no album link.
• Claims from people who don’t own or represent the content. Knowingly false claims can carry legal liability.

Users

What you download and what you do with it is your responsibility. Download only files you have the right to save, and don’t re-upload, sell or share someone else’s content without their permission. See the Terms of Use.
