Before you write
- A download isn’t working. The FAQ covers the common causes. If those don’t help, send us the Erome link you tried and the message you saw.
- You want an album blocked from this tool. See the DMCA page for what to include, so we can act on it quickly.
- You want an album removed from Erome. We can’t do that. Erome hosts the files, so you need to contact Erome directly.
What to include
- The Erome link, if your message is about a specific album.
- What you expected and what happened instead.
- Your device and browser, for example “iPhone, Safari”.
We read every message and aim to reply within a few working days.
